The Montana Operations Manual (MOM) Volume II contains State of Montana accounting policies and procedures. It is published and maintained by the Department of Administration's State Accounting Bureau. The information contained in MOM Volume II is organized into chapters and management memos.
At the current time, the Department of Administration is updating the existing material in MOM Volume II. As new chapters are issued, they will be added to this website, and the older policy will be rescinded. Filing instructions will accompany each new chapter; advising which management memos, old chapters or parts thereof are being rescinded.
