Helpful Tips for the EasyBiz User

We are pleased that the State of Montana has chosen to use the Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air online corporate Website, EasyBiz, for your travel. The Website is http://easybiz.alaskaair.com or you can go to www.alaskaair.com, click on More and select EasyBiz. Please add the EasyBiz sign-in page to your Favorites! This is the Website you will use when booking your travel on Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. The State of Montana has an established corporate Easy Biz account, so there is no need to enroll your company.

The benefits to your agency:

  • Your agency saves money by booking online.
  • Your agency earns Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles (Don't worry, you will still continue to accumulate your own individual frequent flyer mileage.)
  • Online travel management reports make tracking company travel data a snap.

How to Get Started:

If you wish to enroll, enter your first name, last name and email address in the spaces provided and you will receive an email invitation to become an EasyBiz User. This email contains directions and a link for you to respond to.

When you receive the email, click on the link in the invitation. You will then have two options:

  1. Input your existing MyAlaskaAir User ID and password, OR
  2. Create a MyAlaskaAir account if you do not have one.

If you have an existing MyAlaskaAir account, which you previously setup through our public Website, www.alaskaair.com or www.horizonair.com, you can simply enter your User ID and Password on this screen, and use it from now on to sign in to EasyBiz.

For forgotten MyAlaskaAir User IDs and Passwords, please call the Web Help Center at 1-877-502-5357.

If you do not already have a MyAlaskaAir account, you will need to create one. It should take less than five minutes. Simply enter the information requested and follow the prompts. When completed, you will have your new permanent User ID and Password.

Once you have filled out the MyAlaskaAir information, the State's EasyBiz Administrator will then need to approve you for EasyBiz access. Again, this is automatically done via email. Once you have been approved by your Administrator, you will be sent an email saying that you may begin using EasyBiz.

Additional Notes:

  • Please add the EasyBiz sign-in page to your Favorites if you have not already done so. Go to alaskaair.com. Click on "MORE". Click on "EasyBiz". Then add this page to your Favorites.
  • You must be signed into the EasyBiz Website for purchases to be recorded on your company's EasyBiz travel reports and your company's Mileage Plan account. The "STATE OF MONTANA" name will show in the upper right-hand corner when you're signed-in correctly.
  • Please make note of your permanent User ID and Password (MyAlaskaAir account) for future visits to EasyBiz and keep this information easily accessible.
  • If you are creating a new MyAlaskaAir account and you have an existing Mileage Plan number, please note that the zip code must match on your Mileage Plan account and your MyAlaskaAir account.
  • Important reminder: When making purchases, unrestricted fares offer the most flexibility for travelers who typically change their itineraries. You can identify an unrestricted fare by the "U" below the dollar amount of the fare when you select your flights.
  • Some reservations can be changed online through EasyBiz. To do this, click on View/Change a Reservation on the Travel tab. If your itinerary is not eligible for online changes, please contact the Commercial Desk at 1-888-280-8929.
  • Questions about forgotten User ID and Passwords should be directed to the Web Help Center at 1-877-502-5357.
