EMPLOYEE TRAVEL

PLEASE NOTE:

The Department of Administration is deploying an enterprise solution for travel-related accounting and expense management to improve and streamline this process. This new Travel & Expense Module resides in the current SABHRS Financial system.

The module provides for online pre-approvals, uploading receipts, final approvals, accounting reviews/audits, and employee reimbursements, as appropriate.  In addition, the module allows for accounting processes and approvals for non-travel purchases made on procurement cards.

As of May 19, 2025, employees at nine agencies are now using the new module. The Department of Administration will deploy the new module to several other agencies between now and the end of the calendar year and continue deployments in 2026.
